Experience
Here you can find some of my past employment opportunities as well as different volunteer opportunities and professional growth experiences I have had and my role in them.
Individual Lessons
Instructor
Last spring I started developing my own lesson clientele. I have taught 6 different students on a consistent basis on top of the junior instruction with the YMCA. I have discovered a passion for teaching and helping others improve in a way I didn't know before.

Black Butte Ranch
PGM Intern
I spent this summer in Sisters, Oregon at Black Butte Ranch. I had a wonderful summer learning about resort golf and improving my skills in aspects all across the day to day operation. My favorite part of the internship was the beautiful location and being able to work with juniors.

Myopia Hunt Club
Intern
My 2nd PGM Internship was at Myopia Hunt Club in Hamilton, MA. I learned various aspects of merchandising, tournament operations, and teaching. One of my favorite things I learned was Old English calligraphy and working with juniors each week. I also got to help out with their PGA Junior League team and enjoyed watching them develop throughout the season.

The Golf Club at Black Rock
Intern
My first PGM internship was at the Golf Club at Black Rock in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I assisted in all aspects of the outside operation, completed transactions and displayed merchandise in the pro shop, helped run tournaments, gave junior instruction, and caddied. My favorite part of the experience was the relationships I made with the members.

YMCA of Lincoln
Golf Instructor
I have been working for the YMCA instructing juniors aging 5-13 since August 2022. I instruct young beginner golfers aging 5-13. They are instructed in putting, chipping, irons, and driving in groups of 5-10 students. I have been ADM certified since the spring of 2023.

PGM Student Club
President
Last year I was the Co-President of the UNL PGM student club. My achieved my goals improving the connection between cohorts, creating a larger emphasis in the community, and making sure everyone enjoys the program. As a sophomore, I served as the Vice President. My role consisted of managing the club's finances and assisting the other members of the officer team. It is a great opportunity to develop my leadership skills and work with a team.

PGA Works Scholar
I am a 3 time PGA Works Scholar. I have been lucky enough to go to the last 3 PGA Annual meetings. I have also been invited on the PGA Radio Show to discuss the Annual Meeting and talk about my goals of combining golf and medicine.

Troy Country Club
Pro Shop Attendant
At Troy Country Club I was involved in a little bit of everything. I ran the pro shop, managed the range and cart fleet, assisted with tournaments and outings, helped manage the daily finances, and made the schedule.
